Ryuklo

The cultural and religious capital of the Highspire Peaks, Ryuklo is scarcely a city and would be called a town anywhere else in the world. Built on a plateau at high altitude, it is usually just below the cloud-base, earning its nickname of "Cloud Drake City". Two main features of Ryuklo are the shrines of Sinti and Ritah, which are frequent sites of pilgrimage from the various villages scattered throughout the Spirean Peaks.
