Lukra University
As The City Sidere's finest and only institution of higher learning, Lukra University draws students from all corners of Outside into the Hollow for a fantastic and fantastical education. The University's magic department is second-to-none, and its other disciplines are nothing to sniff at either. While some of the ideas it teaches apply only within the Hollow, many have great value Outside as well. Students at the university are mostly Wires, giving them a chance to bring their knowledge back to their communities outside. The majority of the professors, however, are Echoes, though there are some exceptions. Some subjects are difficult to teach without access to the Outside world.
