Cedrick Hugh
Outlander Captain, Captain Royal Rangers, Duke of Talffolk
Least known of the Hugh Family, Cedrick is the head of the Outlanders, House Hugh's trained rangers. Reserved and cunning, Cedrick always can be found dealing with threats in the lands and forests near Ogden. When discourse is required, most find the ranger aloof and little concerned with that which doesn't concern Ogden. This later quality has always been a contentious point with his father, for whom he shares love but not ambition.
Of note, the Outlanders are known and revered bowmen, many of which serve both as Outlander and member of the United Moonshae Isle army.
