Session III: "Hull"

General Summary

The Sharkpups of Castow arrived in Hull. On the way, they interrogated their prisoner. They learned his name was Enryn Chorne, and that he was in a relationship with the other cultist they killed, an abusive man named Elq. The cultist provided them with some basic information on the cult; that they worship something called the "Black Sky Song", which requires human sacrifice by pairs of mages.
The town of Hull meanwhile was a strange town: bigger than its population would need, with many people going missing. The dockmaster Sarah Owler helped show them around and told them about her ex, the mayor Quinlan Smith, who refused to do anything about all the disappearances. More importantly, he may be working for the cult -- he had strange robed figures unveil crystals in town, which went missing shortly after.
As well, the Circus arrived; the first sign of Meladan interference as they get closer to Meladan ports. The Circus stops in Melada frequently, and its leader has a strange aura of discomfort to those around her. On the way to check the Circus out, however, the party was ambushed by snakemen.
