Cardinal of the Doctrine

Cardinals of the Doctrine are considered the second most powerful individuals politically in the Levial Theocracy as they hold the Low Seats within the grand church of The Lucid Doctrine Of The First Deities. Their say is taken into great consideration during meetings by The Six Ministers of the Doctrine. They are also considered the successors to the Ministers if one is to ever be replaced.
