Cloud Mistress

The Cloud Mistresses are Emperor Hagan Vogt Leonhardt's three obsessions. It is known that although similar looking, the mistresses are all of different bloodlines. The emperor enjoys their company so much that they never leave his side, the apparent infatuation with these three woman, seem to have all of his assistants and loyal advisors concerned.
From investigation, it is known that at least one of the mistresses has combat potential, the other two still seem to be a mystery of sorts to the emperors allies. However Hagan still buys them the finest of armours and clothing.
