Uorqi Obsen
The Normal
Uorqi Obsen, more commonly known as "The Normal," is a Cloud Mistress of emperor Hagan Vogt Leonhardt. She is far different from her two fellow mistresses, who show almost no interest in their surroundings unless it involves the young emperor, however Uorqi is far more alert of the things that happen within the Tussarian Empire.
She is fully aware of the concern shown in the faces of the emperor's loyal advisors and will actively engage in conversation with them to avoid the suspicion that the mistresses are manipulating the ruler. For this reason most of the nobles and advisors have dubbed her "The Normal" as they don't perceive her as mysterious or problematic like the other two.
