Vaqar Esca
Vaqar Esca is the most well known Cloud Mistress by the Emperor of the Tussarian Empire's loyal advisors. She is known to be combat savvy and much like her two counterparts, extremely uninterested in anything not involving emperor Hagan Vogt Leonhardt.
The military has attempted to incorporate Vaqar into their plans of attack multiple times but have discovered she is difficult to control in terms of streamlined plans and often goes off doing her own strategy on the battlefield. Behaviour such as this in most situations would usually be condemned but it always seems to work out, the Cloud Mistress is regarded as magnificent in battle and could even rival the skill of the Golden Warriors.
