Gill Eivern is the The Six Ministers of the Doctrine most trusted God Progeny, the blood of The First Tactician circulates throughout his body. Gill shows all the desirable traits of a leader, he is intelligent, wise, strategical and loyal. The great potential they see in him has granted him many privileges, Eivern is permitted to demand an audience from the Ministers at anytime and also sits as a spectator during their meetings. These opportunities have allowed him to gain a greater understanding of the overarching objective of The Lucid Doctrine Of The First Deities and the workings of the Levial Theocracy.
The Ministers do not keep their eyes closed however and have assessed Gill's flaws, noticing that he sometimes keeps his opinions to himself along with the intentions behind some of his actions. They are aware of the Progenies usefulness and have thus granted him The Divine Map in hopes that he will use it to achieve the many goals the Ministers have set.
