Rukia Yamada
Rukia Yamada was a Steel Wanderer and member of the famous Eastlands wanderer group, Tianlong. She was excellent at diversion and escape tactics, using smoke based devices to shroud her opponents vision before striking with her katana skills. She was no slouch with the weapon either as she was mentored in katana use directly by Rei Tajima.
Rukia was murdered in the streets of Auhren when making her way to The Eastlands Wanderer Guild, her body was found with both eyes gouged out of their sockets and a multitude of thin yet precise and deep cuts on her corpse. After thorough investigation directly from the Director of Justice, the killing was pegged on the Valhalla Foundation.
