Noroi Seishin is the leader of Tianlong, a famous Wanderer party situated in The Eastlands. She is a skilled enchantment Magical Binder and a difficult opponent for even the most combat savvy veterans. Her mastery of enchantment allows her the ability to infuse any item she holds with a magical element, essentially turning anything she possesses into a potential damage dealing weapon.
Those who have ties to Nori have said she can be a somewhat arrogant woman and heavily relies on other members of her party to cool her temper and enable her to think clearly in high stress situations. This attitude has also led to her mixed reputation with those in The Wanderer Guild, as she sees no benefit in talking to those ranked below her unless they are one of her party members, often treating those seeking help or advice as begging dogs and knowledge craving lechers.
