Tussarian Field Consul
Tussarian Field Consul's are individuals who report directly to the Tussarian Empire Military, although they are not within it's ranks. A Field Consul is paid directly by the country to feedback information about areas outside of it, this is so the empire can gain knowledge of the happenings in surrounding countries without having to officially do so. Field Consul's are generally people who spend plenty of time outside of the Tussarian Empire, they are not expected to fight for the country or uphold anything outside of its borders.
