Ottilia Fischer
Ottilia Fischer is a former Platinum Wanderer and Ultima Magica Alumni currently serving in the Tussarian Empire Military. Instead of serving directly in the military after her graduation, Ottilia was selected to become a Field Consul and report specifically about The Isles of Isaiath.
The now military member did not have much trouble ascending the ranks of the guild using her Circle Sorcery taught to her directly by Red Caster. She developed a close relationship with Nurys Nevermore, who was extremely interested in her magical art as it was not common in the Isles. However Ottilia eventually retired from the guild, being summond to return to the Empire after the erruption of The Two Country Blood War, where she now fights under the force of Rahmin Jungengar.
