Briella & Zix'Gavi
Both Briella and Zix'Gavi hail from the region of Ah'Shal. After an altercation between Briella's abusive parents and Zix'Gavi, the overgrown lizardfolk chose exile to Legacy as his punishment. Although Briella was destined for an orphanage in Eredet, she stole away in Zix'Gavi's pack and was already into Port Nexus by the time Zix'Gavi discovered his little stowaway. Together, they traveled to Legacy and now Zix'Gavi serves as the young Briella's guardian and protector.
Briella – A young gnomish girl approximately 12 years old. As she is still a child, she is not obligated to work on Legacy, though she does seem to have a desire to be helpful (particularly to Zix'Gavi). She is easily distracted, very excitable, and tends to avoid people who are tinkerers or who are skilled craftsmen. She can often be found in the Shipyard (with Zix'Gavi), near or inside the Lone Crimson Door, or at Cast'Off's where she is learning to cook (to make better food for Zix'Gavi). Despite their massive differences in side, Briella seems to feel perfectly comfortable and safe with Zix'Gavi.
Zix'Gavi – A massive, bulky lizardfolk who uses his brawn to work around the Shipyards of Legacy. He is not the most intelligent, but he is fiercely protective, supportive, and loyal, especially to Briella who he considers to be under his care. To support his bulk and size, Zix'Gavi consumes a lot of food and is known around Legacy to be particularly nasty when he is "hangry".
