Ribi Dérantu

Just before dinner is served at the Magistrate's manor, a group of men stagger in, dressed in Navy regalia. At the front of the group is a younger man, dressed in a white tunic with gleaming bits of studded armour underneath and a quiver attached to his back. He removes his helmet to let loose his short blond hair, and he smiles as he goes to shake the Magistrate's hand.
"It is a pleasure to meet you." he says to the Magistrate. "I am Ribi Dérantu, and I am Captain for the Gull's Reach. I was sent when word reached the capital of your troubles."

General Physical Condition

As a member of the Imperial Navy, Ribi is expected to, and does, exercise regularly so that he stays fit and agile.

Specialized Equipment

He wears a studded leather jerkin under his white Navy-issued tunic, and he keeps in good order. He also has a shortbow and quiver of arrows on him.

Despite his own personal misgivings about the Empire's laws, he strongly believes that he must fulfill them to the letter. He also understands that dispensing justice is very important to his position and does that duty with gusto. Loyalty is very important to him, and he wouldn't ever dream of going against the Empire.
