Sephadex | Black Dragon

Sephadex is the ruler of Crvena Vale, a land to the south of New Frontier.

Refugees who escaped work camps in Crvena say that lizardmen taskmasters (or is it troglodytes?) have enslaved political prisoners and are forcing them to build sub-aquatic tunnels for Sephadex.

Sephadex is hated by his rivals, Windrex | Adult Blue Dragon and Tostyn-Tostyn | White Dragons. Windrex is still angy with Sephadex for seditious acts during the war.
