Gorgoroth's Meditation with Marshal
Marshal's real name is Gir'a'akis, Marshal of the Astral Fleet
Gir'a'akis served Zetch'r'r, a member of Sha’sal Khou, a sect that hoped to reunite githyanki and githzerai into one people and continue the Eternal Crusade as Gith originally intended.
Marshal Gir'a'akis fleet was used to search for Terrajuncture, where they could launch attacks into illithid strongholds across the many planes.
Zetch'r'r plotted to overthrow the Lich Queen Vla'a'kith to promote Sha'sal Khou's ideals but was consumed by power and made deals with "demons and dragons" to secure the title of emperor of githyanki.
Marshal Gir'a'akis fell out of favor with Empress Zetch'r'r for opposing her new plans and was exiled to serve her dragon allies on the material plane.
While a dragon slave, he studied some dragonlore which he thinks relates to the psychic energies that gith use.
When Gorgoroth destroyed Zithirun, all gith were united in a single psychic event which killed many gith, crippled millions of others and heavily damaged the githyanki empire.
The same event may have created psychic shockwaves throughout the multiverse. Gir'a'akis believes that there are those in gith culture, illithid culture and possibly others who will want to find Gorgoroth and get from him the secrets of the psychic energies that he inadvertantly discovered.
Gorgoroth was advised to meditate on the positive, grounded feelings when he has them to try to find something to help him control his splintered mind.

Lights at Eternal Flame within Temples of Light district are out. Lighthouse has never been dark a single night as long as anyone alive can remember.
Temple of the Blessed Mother celebrating grand opening. Maybe Eternal Flame extinguished lights to honor their ceremony?
Borealis
Some people getting dizzy, kids going quiet and somber.
More people sobbing, crawling on ground, averting eyes from sky.

Ledgers on hand, taking Penance from many of those who were weeping.
Farmers and Dockhands acting very suspicious, eyeballing those who didn't pay Penance.

Constellations take shape and "fly" in circles.
"He is not dead! The Dead One lives!" someone says.
BLASSSPHEMMYYYYY called from the crowd. They begin to encircle the proclaimer.
"Long live Bahamut!" the man cried, wings sprouted from his back, revealing him to be an aasimar.
Strange beasts emerged from the audience and attacked the aasimar.
Battle
More beasts, running on four legs with small leathery wings and mismatched armor attacked a nearby elf woman who refused to provide Penance.
S'thom killed one and her sword became stuck in its petrified body.
Gorgoroth came out of his meditation and defended the elf and his new friends.
All of the creatures, once defeated, turned to stone.
