Bloodlick Tadpole

Bloodlick Tadpoles are a species of Monster native to The New World. They are the first stage in a Bloodlick's lifecycle and may develop into normal Bloodlicks, Bluelicks, or Greenlicks based on factors which are yet unknown. Tadpoles are created in the bodies of Bloodlicks and Bluelicks, which then implant them into suitable hosts. After continuing to grow for several days, they violently burst forth, killing the host in the process, before rapidly developing into their adult form.
