Caius Venarus

Caius Venarus was a Human military officer in service to the Archaean Empire. He commanded the garrison at a fortress near the Ilaruhan River. He and his men came under attack by Nadezhda, which deployed Corpse Sludges against them. Venarus made a request for reinforcement to his superiors, which was denied, and he was ultimately slain in the ensuing battle.

Venarus' corpse was discovered and destroyed by Djinn, Günther, Helena, Myth, Petra, and Ranaghar after being reanimated as a Skeletal Centurion.
