Peace Treaty

This Peace Treaty was found among a stack of paperwork in Iarno “Glass Staff” Albrek's quarters in the Redbrand Hideout. It details a mutually beneficial agreement between Iarno “Glass Staff” Albrek and the The Redbrands, King Grol of the Cragmaw Clan, the Warriors of Wyvern Tor, and the "Black Spider."
It describes the offer of cooperation and benefit each will receive through signing. Presumably, each signing party received a copy of this treaty.
