River Rannor

The River Rannor has always divided the eastern and western mountain ranges of Svartalfheim. When it still ran, it was different than the rest. Springs drip from spots all over Mount Celussë, falling and pooling on the Alfheim side of the mountains before running out to empty into the River Sírphen, but the springs used to gush forth on the Svartalfheim side too.
Those springs flowed northward into a deep basin, beginning narrowly and becoming wider and shallower, picking up rocky minerals along the way before emptying into the salty basin near the void.
