Bounty Hunter

Bounty hunters can be found wherever they can ply their trade.  Some work strictly for government officials, while others work for the highest bidder, and a few even work because of a strong sense of justice.   The largest employer of Bounty Hunters is the Empire of Shrask.  They hunt escaped Slaves , bringing them back alive to be punished or executed to make an example to other Slaves.   Another large group of Bounty Hunters are Sea Gnomes you are given leave by the Coastal Accords to go inland to retrieve firearms that have been stolen or created by non-Sea Gnomes.  These Bounty Hunters are called Accord Hunters.  They are the only people permitted to wield firearms on land and are only allowed to discharge them in pursuit of an individual suspected of unlawful firearms use.
