Skuggi

Skuggi is almost uninhabitable, with its people scraping by every single day. Due to the influence of the Order of Ad'grul, the sun is almost always blocked out, the land drowned in darkness every single day as if it were night. The Shadow Storms, sudden and lethal events that occur every couple nights, strike the inhabitants of Skuggi, who hold their lanters and candles close to them to avoid becoming the Shadows' next meal. Although the population of Skuggi and the Order of Ad'grul do not have as much interaction compared to the rest of the houses, this does not mean they leave eachother alone. Entire villages are subjugated to the will of the Mind Flayers overnight, and turned into mindless thralls to serve their new eldritch overlords. The people of Skuggi try to combat these forces, but they are fighting an uphill battle, and the Master of Whispers is nigh untouchable, which makes any attacks against their oppressors futile given that all it takes to produce another Mind Flayer is an unfortunate slave unlucky enough to be subjected to Ceremorphosis (A wretched process in which a parasite known as a Illithid Tadpole enters their body and consumes their brain, replacing it with itself)
