Vita's people live in fear of their vampire overlords every single day, the rising sun in the mornings being their only salvation from the hungering fangs of a crazed Vampire Spawn. It is no surprise that Vita's social hierarchy places the true vampires at the top, with Countess Varushka overlooking all of them. Vita's populace are treated like cattle and as disposable slaves for work and factory production, but even when showing loyalty, a vampire's hunger and cruelty is unable to differentiate between friend and foe, and many meet their end during the nights when the lower ranked vampires decide to go hunting for fun, with entire families being snuffed out in an instant. Such is the daily life of Vitanian's, where every morning is a gift and every night a curse, and where every single day could be your last if you happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
