The Ardenwood - Region Introduction
To the north of Nelenor is the Ardenwood, a massive forest long associated with the powers of the Feywild. These woods are as wondrous as they are deceiving, with foliage that shifts depending on ones’ emotions and creatures (good and evil) that seem to be fascinated with the comings and goings of mortals. Before the Realignment separated Raen’dor from the Feywild, the Ardenwood was ruled by Titania and her Summer Court, stretching far beyond mortal maps into other woods within the realm of fey. Now, many fey-folk make their homes deep in these woods, living in seclusion or in small hidden villages and portals into the Feywild are still possible to stumble across, but a stable road through the wood has also been established as the city of Duhem’s Stand grows on the northern coast of the woods.
