Grimmvatten House

Grimmvatten has more human Maveren in its household than any other House (though still a minority). They are loud, boisterous and violent, the jocks of the Maveren and, in wartime, the footsoldiers. Grimmvatten is not taken terribly seriously by the other Houses. They tend to adopt their own children, which when done too often is seen as close to inbreeding. Some elder Maveren might see this House as a degradation of what it means to be Maver.
