Neptune, the Capital of the Neptunia Emirate

Structure

Neptune is ruled by the Office of the Emir of Neptune, which has historically been held by the Pyt Clan. Neptune is a gas giant composed of 17 mega-city habitual Bio-Spheres, called the Great Hakimiyah, each ruled by the Office of the Hakim of their respective Hakimiyah. The Emir rules an 18th Bio-Sphere that has authority over all of the Hakimiyah. Outside of these major 18 locations, scattered about are smaller settlements and spheres with little to no authority, subservient to the local Hakimiyah.

Assets

• The Inter-Hakimiyah Transit Network (HAK-net): This is a sophisticated network of transit systems connecting the 17 Hakimiyah and the capital. It is primarily composed of bundles of ultra-high-speed maglev trains constructed in pneumatic tubes that web across the entire planet. There are 18 Major Stations (the 17 Hakimiyah and the capital) and over 700+ Minor Stations for all of the smaller settlements and spheres. This network is managed and maintained by each Hakimiyah in collaboration with the Office of the Emir to ensure seamless connectivity across Neptune.
• World Wide Webb (WEBB): The World Wide Webb, often called Webb, stands as the ultimate achievement in interplanetary communication infrastructure. Serving as the universal network linking all celestial bodies orbiting a planet—be they planetoids, asteroid belts, moons, or other orbital entities—Webb acts as the central nervous system, enabling effortless communication and data exchange across the planet.
