Beiliss Echornn
The venerable sea elf Beiliss Echornn serves as the butler for House Durash.
Beiliss was born 8 years into The Iron Winter occupation of Coral Harbour, and knew nothing but opression during his youngest years. When he was 12 years old, he witnessed as a half-orc commoner, Durash, led a peasants' revolt against their opressors, reclaiming their town. Inspired, Beiliss wished to dedicate his life to helping the woman who had helped so many.
After the declaration of House Durash as a noble house, Beiliss managed to get a job assisting in their kitchens. With Durash unaccustomed to nobility, she would often join the kitchen staff in helping to prepare meals, and struck up a friendship with the young sea elf boy. As the years progressed, their friendship grew, and Beiliss was eventually appointed the house butler.
As was always inevitable, Beiliss outlived Durash, but remained on as butler, serving her descendents with the same loyalty he showed to his departed friend. Now, over 600 years later, he still serves as butler to Thuma Durash, and hopes to live long enough to serve her son.
