Personal history

Born in Hane to the family Tarda, Carran was the only one of her 12 siblings to make it to adulthood. Taking control of her families holding at just 16 after the tragic death of both of her parents at sea, she grew the Tarda family name into one to be feared. Taking her fathers position on the Council of Smoke it was only a few short month later that the Lord Regent past away due to a mysterious disease and Carran was elected to his position. Now she rulls the Council and the Smoking Haven with an iron grip and there seem to be none willing to challenge her.
