Reo Nasir is a former thief, who operated out of Silverymoon, and an associate of the Blackstaff Vajra Safahr.
In 1492, during the Great Dragon War, Nasir aided the Breadwinners during their infiltration of the Vault of the Sages at the request of the Blackstaff. He used his own house as a base of operations.
