Tazmikella
Tazmikella is an ancient Copper Dragon that has had a long and complicated history with humanoid races. She served on the 1492 Metallic Dragon Council and acts as the current sponsor of the Tazmikillers dragon hunting organization, which is named in her honor.
History
Born in Calimsham to the south, Tazmikella has alternated throughout her life between spending time in her dragon form and in her various human or elf disguises. She has been known to open shops in major cities, living right under the noses of everyday people. Sometime long before 1492, an elf stole the Staff of Shadowfell Sundering from her hoard, bringing it to his home of Ken Asari and turning the settlement into a cursed ruin. In 1492, Tazmikella was chosen to be on the Metallic Dragon Council, which was reformed to prevent the reformed Cult of the Dragon from summoning Tiamat to the Prime Material Plane. During negotiations with the Breadwinners, to determine if the Metallic Dragon Council should align itself with the Council of Waterdeep. The Breadwinners successfully retrieved the Staff of Shadowfell Sundering, winning over Tazmikella and prompting her to vote to join the humanoids in the Great Dragon War. Tazmikella also began a brief mentoring period with Mariana Goldfinch, instructing the young human on how to control the Gauntlet of the Black Dragon that was grafted to her arm, ultimately allowing Mariana to transform into a small black dragon. Tazmikella was also chosen to be the primary representative of the Metallic Dragon Council at the Council of Waterdeep. Following the Great Dragon War, Mariana Goldfinch approached Tazmikella to act as a sponsor for her burgeoning dragon-hunting company. Tazmikella agreed to help fund their start up and offer assistance to them in exchange for a cut of the profits. Morality & Philosophy
While generally amused and intrigued by humanoids, Tazmikella does tend to view deception as on of their natural traits, noting that most humanoids will always choose to lie or deceive if they believe it will help them get ahead.

Contacts & Relations
Tazmikella has, in the years since the Great Dragon War, formed an interesting relationship with the former Breadwinner, Mariana Goldfinch. Initially hesitant to train a non-dragon to use the Gauntlet of the Black Dragon, Tazmikella found Mariana to be exceptionally honest, even to a fault. Her trust in the young noble was reaffirmed when Mariana willingly gave up the Gauntlet of the Black Dragon after the Battle at the Well of Dragons.
This unusual friendship has led to a working partnership while Mariana operates the Tazmikillers. While Tazmikella refuses to hunt any dragons herself, she does offer up assistance to the dragon hunters in the form of information on the various dragons they may be hunting. In exchange, Tazmikella receives a cut of the loot and a free place to stay when she decides to visit Waterdeep for extended periods of time.
