Initially visited by Semillas Arrojadas ship Pionera in 2469, emyrillian settlement discovered there. In 2471 The Tellurian Federation made a case to the Interstellar Clearinghouse Academy with consultation from the klavangi Iehren to negotiate joint settlement, with emyrilli support. This was the first colony to co-locate humans and other beings.
IN 2562 Prodlo led a blockade of the Th'nevys plot against the mission ships of the Crusade of Samaria/Samarian Crusade, fearing that the increasingly militant and Humans First orientation of that sect would promote violence. The subsequent placement of mines in the Prodlo shipping lanes was attributed to the Crusade, which denied involvement.
Crusade ships attempted to break the blockade in 2575, engaging a squadron of Tellurian Federation Space Navy at the nexus. Three of the Crusade vessels evaded interdiction, reached the Carn-devis 806 system, and launched a plasma missile attack on 806c, resulting in The Tellurian Federation submitting a notice-of-hostilities Query to the Interstellar Clearinghouse Academy noting that more than 700 residents of Prodlo had been killed and more than a thousand wounded in the attack.
Prodlo is a member world of both the Federation and the Emyrilli League, by the terms of the initial co-location agreement, as is its sibling world Yodlo (formerly Esperanza.)
