In 2578 members of the Crusade of Samaria/Samarian Crusade sabotaged Phlegesto's orbital shipyards with biological and gas agents, killing thousands and forcing evacuation (and, eventually, rebuilding.) The Vegan Colonial Union then submitted a Query in advance of a declaration of hostilities against Califersa. The Interstellar Clearinghouse Academy was at that point being pressed to respond to the previous Queries from the Emyrillian League and The Tellurian Federation.
