Personal history
Before he became the Defanger, this unknown Elf was a monk for The Unseen. He was well known for being exceptionally sneaky and deadly. He also found it easy to harness the divine energy given by the Unseen.
During The Scouring, this Elf took on the title of 'The Defanger' as a champion of the Unseen. The Unseen granted him great strength and speed, as well as some very powerful healing magics. Unfortunately he died early in the Scouring, in an effort to save Cindergate from an attack from a Devil army.
The Defanger was buried in a tomb near Castlerest, however this tomb was abandoned at the end of the Scouring for unknown reasons. While his soul moved on, his body rested as to be ready to test anyone who would attempt to claim his power.
The Defanger was defeated in 301 PS by a group of adventurers, with Herman landing the killing blow.
