The Watchful Mystic
In life, the Watchful Mystic was a champion of The Lord of the Third Eye. He had a very strong command over divination magic and had the ability to read minds and see possible futures.
On his death he was burined in his tomb deep beneath Chillmaw. A group of adventures did battle with him in 301 PS, where he drew on the adventurers' fear during the battle, before being defeated and destroyed. All while the Battle for Chillmaw was happening on the surface.
The Watchful Mystic's gift was passed onto Ubanda who then passed it onto Herman. Hosh claimed the Staff of the Watchful Mystic.
