A Githyanki man that had been sighted around The Second Oriana Imperium, causing trouble wherever he had been.
Seems to have a similar appearance to Herman.
Recently a group of adventurers (Cicada, Herman, and Hosh) confronted and captured Xel'a'c. Herman went so far as to cut off Xel'a'c's right hand. Xel'a'c was then handed off to a group of Giff mercenaries led by Captain Nicodemus Tiber who would return him to the Githyanki.
