A branch of the
Kve̊ θrasj, the Kmo̖i̗ Hlū are literally known as the Cold Minded Ones, or Cold Ones for short, for they are a greater stock than the
Fsibn but outcast into the mountains where they live a tough existence of snow. Due to this situation, the Kmo̖i̗ Hlū often raid unprotected caravans or villages surrounding the mountain, though some might join brigand or reaver groups as well, as they are quite strong and hardy.
Kmo̖i̗ Hlū did not start appearing until after the return of the
Light-Veined in 1 Yso, meaning that they have never seen a world without the Songstone.
Physically the Kmo̖i̗ are recorded being as little as 5 ft 1in, and as tall as 6 ft 10in. Mentally they seem on par with
Humans.
