Brooklyn Heights

Brooklyn Heights is a neighborhood Brooklyn, New York. It is located between Old Fulton Street, Cadman Plaza West, Atlantic Avenue, and the East River.

Originally called Brooklyn Village, the neighborhood is noted for its brownstone rowhouses, most of them built prior to the Civil War. It has several history churches, and Brooklyn's first art gallery. The district was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1966.

Bucky Barnes and Steve Rogers grew up in the neighbourhood.
