A.I.M. Base
It was abandonned in 2015 after Maya Hansen awoke Ultron, which AIM had stolen from the Stark Futures Laboratory. The staff at the facility were either killed by Ultron, or taken into custody by the Avengers.
The facility was rented, and Tony Stark chose to end the lease after he purchased AIM from Hansen. The building has since been converted into loft apartments.
