The owner, Evan Declan, collaborated with Maximus Boltagon during his coup, leading to Blackagar Boltagon being imprisoned there. The laboratory was destroyed by the Inhuman Royal Family, which lead to the death of Gorgon Petragon (later underdone) when part of the building collapsed on him.
