The primary manufacturing facility of Hammer Industries, located in Queens, New York City.

In 2010, the facility was infiltrated by Clint Barton and Happy Hogan, who were seeking a way to rescue James Rhodes from the modified War Machine Armour, and to disable the HammerDrones.

The facility was abandonned when Hammer Industries declared bankruptcy, and was eventually redeveloped into apartments.
