Jericho Drumm
Doctor Jericho Drumm
Jericho Drumm is a member of the Masters of the Mystic Arts, and the brother of the late Daniel Drumm.
He has been an outspoken critic of the colonial mindset of the Masters, especially their emphasis on European magical traditions, and the lack of any Sanctum Sanctorum anywhere in the continent of Africa.
Despite this criticisms, he fought alongside the Masters against the Empirikul, and was one of the group who destroyed most of the Eyebots and Witchfinder Wolves.
In recognition of his heroism, he was offered his brother's former position of Sanctum Master of the New York Sanctum. He turned down the position, telling Stephen Strange that he would rejoin the Masters only if his concerns were addressed.
He has since given guest lectures to both students and fellow Masters on African diaspora magical traditions, but has not formally rejoined the organisation.
In addition to his magical training, he holds an MD in psychology, though he no longer practises as a psychologist.
