Ka-Zar's Tribe
One of the tribes of the Savage Land.
The majority of the tribe are Smilodons or Smilodon-descended Beast-Men. However Arsenal-Alpha also lives permanently with the tribe, and Aikku Jokinen and Lunella Lafayette are considered honorary members.
The tribe has the closest relationship with the outside world of any Savage Land tribes. When they were cubs, James Rhodes saved the lives of Ka-Zar and his brother Zabu. In recognition of this life-debt, the tribe fought alongside Rhodes and Carol Danvers to rescue Jokinen and prevent the High Evolutionary from expanding Savage Land.
They have worked closely with Avengers Idea Mechanics in their ongoing studies of the Savage Land, and have acted as protectors for research groups entering the jungle.
