Providincian

Citizens of New Attilan. They are named for the island on which the city-state of New Attilan is located, Providence, in order to avoid confusion with Attilanians. 

The majority of Providincians are refugees from Attilan, with NuHumans making up around 20% of the population, although the NuHuman population is increasing rapidly. It is estimated they will outnumber the Attilanians by 2026.

Inhumans make up 96% of Providincians, Humans 3.95%, and members of other Universal Inhuman species (primarily diplomats) the remaining 0.05%.

The main language of New Attilan is Inhuman. Classes are offered to both adult and child NuHumans, and immediate learning via Inhumans with psychic gifts is available to those holding public office. English is the most commonly spoken language among the NuHuman population, with Hawaiian pidgin, Spanish, Tagalog, Chinese, and Arabic the most common languages after English and Inhuman.
