Loki's Sceptre was sent to S.T.A.T.I.O.N. to be studied following the Chitauri Invasion, and remained there until it was stolen by Wolfgang von Strucker's HYDRA faction during the confusion of the Fall of S.H.I.E.L.D.
Following the Fall of S.H.I.E.L.D, S.T.A.T.I.O.N. was used by the Advanced Threat Containment Unit.
