In order to promote his HammerDrones, Justin Hammer kidnapped James Rhodes and had the Drones attack him during the Expo.
When Tony Stark arrived to stop him, Hammer donned the Titanium Man Armour and the three fought in Central Park. Hammer was defeated and arrested.
