Liara Portyr

Blaze Liara Portyr (pronounced: /liˈɑːrɑː pɔːrˈtɪər/ lee-AR-ah por-TEER) is the commander of Fort Beluarian and the highest-ranking member of the Flaming Fist in Chult.  She answers only to Grand Duke Ulder Ravengard of Baldur's Gate.
Liara is a hard-hearted and dedicated leader who holds high respect for militaristic order. She sees hardships as challenges for her to overcome.  She admires those who take up the adventuring life, and was friends with Wind on Water's uncle, Three Tongues Dancing, and the executor of his estate.  Liara was born to the well-off Portyr family of Baldur's Gate and is the niece of Duke Dillard Portyr, one of the Council of Four.  She was assigned to the post of Fort Beluarian in 1489 DR.
