Fort Beluarian

Fort Beluarian is a small trade fort on the northeastern side of Chult, run by the Flaming Fist on behalf of Baldur's Gate.  The local leader is Blaze Liana Portyr, niece of Duke Dillard Portyr.  From here the Flaming Fist project power over the eastern part of Chult, taxing adventurers that return from the jungles with treasure, and performing exploration and expeditions into the jungle themselves.  Notably this includes complete control of the ruins of Mezro.
