Dream Program
The Dream Program is an upgrade to the software of the Nano-bots that enables the person to have shared lucid dreams with other people who also have the upgrade. The upgrade is part of the booster injection of nano-bots every Coalition citizen gets at their Age of Consent Ritual.
The program was originally intended for military training, but has instead become something people use for having sex.
One person will lie down and fall asleep, setting the program to launch immediately, putting the person into REM sleep, and inducing gamma waves. Inside the dream program the person can choose between an assortment of Dreamscapes that comes with the program, buy one from the Morpheus Users Marketplace or one of their own making – Which they can upload and sell in the Marketplace. – They enter the Dreamscape and send an invite to one or more people.
Upon receiving a dream invite they get the option to accept or decline it. Some people, like Darius Quentin take away the option to decline, even though it is illegal to do so. When accepted the invite comes up in the form of a holographic fractal pattern that puts the person to sleep, launch the dream program and sends the person into the dreamscape.
