Court of Scavs Faction: "The Frayed"

The Court of Scavs is formed into four separate factions, each made up of families, ships, assets, and individuals. The Frayed is comprised entirely of the members of society who are unable to care for themselves or untrusted by the Court to care for themselves. They are given the ships on the edge of the Hersperus Nebula "Graveyard" and have no political voice in the Court itself.   The drug trade is strongest within the ships of the Frayed and addiction is as much a reinforced problem as it is a reason to be assigned to the Frayed to begin with. Those who have broken the trust of the Court or are suspected of being Krasian spies find themselves in environments that seek to encourage their departure or risk joining the culture of addiction with their shipmates.
